Welcome to EverCrest Seeds. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written to be fair and readable — if anything is unclear, just ask us.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout.
• Seed packets are living inventory in small batches; quantities shown are real and an item may sell out. If we can't fulfill part of your order, we'll refund that part promptly.
• If a price or listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

Seeds Are Living Things

We hand-pick, test, and pack our seeds with care, but once they leave our hands their success depends on conditions we can't control — soil, weather, timing, and technique. We warrant that seeds are as described on the packet; to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any seed that fails to perform is limited to the purchase price of that seed. This is the standard limitation used across the seed trade (often called the "limitation of warranty and liability" notice).

Returns

Unopened seed packets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us and we'll make it right — no need to send it back.

Your Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to breach its security, scraping at disruptive volume, or using it for anything unlawful. The Garden Journal stores data in your own browser; keep your own backups of anything important.

Our Content

The text, photographs, guides, and design of this site belong to EverCrest Seeds. You're welcome to share links and short excerpts with credit; please don't republish whole pages or use our photos commercially without permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its growing guides are provided "as is" for general information — gardening advice always needs adapting to your local conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverCrest Seeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
