EverCrest Seeds ("we," "us") is a small family business. We collect as little information about you as we can, and we never sell it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information You Give Us

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message, used only to reply to you.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, used only to send growing tips and shop news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Orders: when you buy from us, our payment provider collects the billing, shipping, and payment details needed to fulfill your order. We never see or store your full card number.

Information Stored in Your Browser

This site keeps your shopping bag, preferences, and (if you use the Garden Journal) your journal entries in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device — it is not transmitted to us — and clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

• Fonts: pages load type from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
• Payments: checkout is handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details and billing/shipping address; we never see or store your card number.
• Forms: newsletter signups and contact-form messages are collected by Netlify (our website host) and read only by us.
• Marketplaces: some of our seeds are also listed on eBay; purchases made there are governed by eBay's policies.

How We Use Information

To fulfill and ship your orders, answer your messages, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep the shop running. That's it. We never sell or rent personal information, and we share it only with the service providers above as needed to do those things, or where the law requires.

Retention & Your Rights

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email evercrestseeds@outlook.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our site is a garden shop for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
